Vest Buckle - 25mm x 18mm

The buckle has been tested for lead content in coating and substrate, showing results with less than 20ppm. The result is a pass for the following requirements and is suitable for use in children garments*:

(1) U.S. CFR Title 16 (CPSC Regulations) - Part 1303
- Total Lead content in surface coating
U.S. Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act 2008 Title I Section 101
- Total Lead content in surface coating
(2) U.S. Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act 2008 Title I Section 101
- Total Lead content in non-surface coating materials (substrate)

The buckle is commonly used as the strap adjuster at the back of a vest, and is also suitable for use as any strap adjuster.
